Meeting Reminder

Commentary for February 5, 2004 — Presentation in Kings Mountain, North Carolina

This is a reminder about the meeting that I mentioned in the “The February Newsletter.” On Saturday, February 21st, a meeting will be held at the Kings Mountain, North Carolina Travelodge at 9:00 a.m. We have the meeting room available to us until 4:00 p.m.

The general topic under discussion will be location of David’s Tomb. I will give two (2) presentations. The first will be on Dr. Martin’s evidence based on his book The Temples That Jerusalem Forgot and the second will be about Gary Arvidson’s research on the exact location of David’s Tomb which depends on the true Temple location. I will speak for approximately 1 hour on each presentation.

If you know anyone who would be interested in these topics, please encourage them to attend. Some are traveling from Florida, Arkansas and Ohio to attend.

The location is the Travelodge, 728 York Road, Kings Mountain, NC. The phone number is: 704-739-2544. Directions: The Travelodge is at the intersection of I-85 and NC #161 (this is Exit 8). Go to north side of I-85 and the motel is beside the Waffle House.
The meeting is free of charge, with a request of contributions for meeting room costs and for those helping us put on this event. There is seating for 100 people and response has been excellent by word-of-mouth, so arrive early.

For those from out of state, at the ends of North Carolina, or simply wish to stay overnight, a special room rate of $29.95 per night is available at the Travelodge. If you tell them you are attending the seminar, they will honor that rate. Please make your own arrangements, and phone the motel at 704-739-2544 for information about any concerns you may have, such as handicapped access.
